I am sure that this is Sanatoga because I don’t remember Hatfield and Municipal having a wooden fence. Dave Houpt was his real name. He raced in Pa starting in the 50’s as Donnie Allison but raced in Jersey as Joe Kelly because you weren’t allowed to race in the 2 sanctions. I have 3 of his trophies Point champ and owner 1952 and 2nd in points 1954 from Hatfield. |
