10.11.13 John Fahey Les Farley was one of the smoothest sportsman drivers at Flemington in the1960s.  The sportsman started in front of the modifieds in the feature and heats, and Les was always a challenge for modified drivers like Tasnady, McLaughlin, Cagle, etc. to pass. The #4 car was Owned by Alfie Silliman and kept in Annandale, NJ.  You might remember that they always occupied the first pit spot inside the Turn 1 pit entrance. Alfie and Les were fun-loving Individuals who liked to have a good time.
