Toby, would go on to win 38 features and he would finish in the top five on 60 different occasions. Toby also was co-champion at Williams Grove, and Selinsgrove Speedways in 1964. | 07/26/03 | Jim Brewer | This was one of the most professional short track teams in the country at the time - - Davey Brown was the mechanic - - they also fielded a second car #1E which was driven by Milford Wales. Toby had just come off a number of years running for the Regester Chevy team out of Thompsontown, Pa. Toby was the track champ at Williams Grove with that team in 1963. Glad to see that Will has opened the gates for the "Bugs" - - hope to see much more in the future. |
