| 09/19/03 | Terry Kelleher | That photograph was taken in 1965. Car owner, Matty Mc Mann had two Purple 1937 Ford Coaches available for Tommie to drive. Incendently, Mc Mann had a LONG LONG trailer he use to haul both of the Modifieds' upon. Needless to say backing-up into his narrow driveway in Point Plasant, New Jersey was always a challange. Ah, but Tommie was sooooooooooo smooth. He; Gill Hearn, Tony Siscone were just a pleasure to watch as they would so often out think the other drivers. |
