Comments: | Early in his career, here's most of my generations favorite at Flemington - Stan "The Man" Ploski in a family owned sedan. Not too long after this, Stan would begin being a hired gun for many different raceteams including Cozze, Deasey, Brenn, Chesson, Norcia, Carberry, Emmett Alfrey, Trenton Mack, The #65, The #$, Hummer #R7.... various open wheel rides... and probably another dozen or so... plus a bunch of other one or 2 times behind the wheel... often ending in victory like the time he hopped behind the wheel of Bob Rossell's #56 at Flemington. Always, one of the all time best for sure - Always. |

03.01.12 | William McPhearson | My all time favorite driver. Still remember him winning the Boone and Pickell’s door coming loose my first Boone. |
03.21.12 | Bill K. | I was at the first 2 Boone 200's and Stan quickly became one of my favorites (I believe the Polish heritage had a lot to do with it). |
