I remember Mr. Del George driving this car as a limited back in the early 60's. |

Remember the Del George driven 666 at Nazareth in limited sportsman division. Also remember that he had a really bad wreck in that car on the front stretch at Nazareth. I think it was an afternoon race. Thanx again for the great photos! |

Del destroyed this sportsman car in a violent front stretch flip at Nazareth. My buddy and I went in the infield after the race and took the trunk lid that was laying there. We threw it in the back of his dad's Mercury station wagon and took it home. He kept it for years! He still may have it? |
