03/07/07 | John Marelli | The "Rat Fink" special..Great looking car that was always a big
part of the Flemington lineup in the 60"s Not sure, but either the car, or Jack, or both were from Basking Ridge N.J. As a kid living in the area, I remember driving by seeing the car sitting outside the garage one day, and walking right in and chatting with the folks there. I always wondered what ever happened to Jack. Would love hear more about history and see a picture of the other side of the car showing the "Rat Fink" Any more pictures or more info on Jack, or your dad Mike?............. |
03/11/07 | R Allen | Jack passed away in the late 1990's. Dad died in 1969. He was involved with Walt Bettler(also from Basking Ridge)first with the 96 coupe modified and later with an URC sprint in the 68 and 69 seasons. The Rat Fink was garaged in Basking Ridge at Lake & Mt Airy Road. |
