| 02/07/08 | Mike Schaub | Pete Corey ran Reading quite a few times. He raced in his
own Studebaker #3 and he and Kenny Shoemaker ran team cars #11 Corey & #111
Shoemaker for part of a season at Reading. Reading used to have trophy
dashes for the heat winners and Pete won at least one of those dashes. He drove Reading like it was Flemington, squaring off the corners. He was always a fan favorite. |

the Corey Falcon in 1967. I have a nice photo of the #3 Studebaker from 1966. I believe I also have a photo of the Shoemaker #1 from 1966. All were taken at Reading. |
