Comments: Comment from Kevin:  Freddy Adam, 1968, Naz big track.  My father, Dick Cadwallader, built the Bullock 76 cars until Chamberlin started to drive for Joe Bullock. My dad worked on the pit crew till Joe retired from racing. Dad called this car the championship car they won a lot of big races with it.

05/09/08 Geoffrey J Yoder Kevin, this brings back great memories. I remember seeing the 76 cars (coupes and coaches) go through Kutztown on Fridays to Reading as I was getting my flat top haircut on Main street (before the bypass). I left for the track right after those haircuts. I believe the cars were housed in Emmaus as I went by the garage a few times. This photo is I believe of the car Freddy won with on the big track. And Jerry Fried gave Freddy an extra $100 as it was Freddy's first win there. You dad built and maintained some of the best cars of the day, including the Langhorne winner.
02.12.12 Mike Feltenberger There might not ever be another driver that personified what racing was about like Freddy Adam.  Smiling, lending of his equipment and his overall attitude to racing and his fellow competitors is missing from the racing of today.  It was quite common for a driver to be wearing his helmet for car and driver photos and his teaming with Joe Bullock was highly successful.
