| Comments: | The #S1 was driven by some very memorable drivers and to the best of our knowledge it started right here with Stub Stevens behind the wheel. Stub was recently recognized by the Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club for all his successes behind the wheel of the #S1 during the 50's and 60's. |

| I might have mentioned it somewhere on the board, but Bobby Rossell told me that the reason Stub's cars were #S1 is because he worked with School Buses and when being registered a school bus is categorized as "S1".... (or something like that...) | ||
