Comments: | I remember Pepe running the Mustang Fastback, but can't recall this car. Looks a little strange with the trailer tire package, but Pepe cars always stood out with the traditional #X9. |

12/13/06 | Robin Fernandez | I remember this car and many others I was
at the races almost every weekend. Harmony, Nazareth and Flemington. My father lived
for the weekends he hated when it rained he would stay up all night some times working on
the racecar to get it ready for the next day. I enjoy looking on you site to see write ups
or write ins about my father. It's nice to know he's still remembered. I see
you have pictures of ways the drivers got their cars to the track, do you remember my dad
used a school bus? He gutted the back end and drove the car right in and we all sat
in the seats in the front. Thanks for making this site for us old dirt track fans!!!!!!! PEPPY'S DAUGHTER Robin Fernandez |

Also, I know that your dad's Mustang was so cool that ex-racer and current racecar fabricator Nandi Palmai was so inspired by it, that he built a model replica of it when he was a kid. Nandi now owns "Palmco Crash Repair" in Allentown, NJ. |

If I remember correctly I think he also had a Camaro bodied car also. |
