02/02/03 Russ Dodge Of interest in this photo is the ad on the left rear of the trunk. It is for Fleming's Auto Parts in Mays Landing, N.J. For those of you who have had the fun of attending the Pumpkin Run held in October this should ring a bell. Harry Fleming was a sponsor of Will Cagle through much of his career. Harry and the boys would drive up to New York on the weekends to watch Will at Weedsport, etc. Probably haft of the cars that competed at Atlantic City Speedway had parts Harry had given the from his yard. Harry is a real first class act. This picture looks like East Windsor. thanks, Russ Dodge
05/11/03 Doug D This was Will's ride in 1970.  Doug D, Middletown N.Y
05/12/03 Larry L Nice photo, it's about the only one i've found of this car. It's still around since I own it. It's in rough shape and needs a frame but it's still in one piece.
07/21/03 Rick I sure would like to know more about this car Larry L. if you could. Send me a line at rickshan@comcast.net when you can.
01/19/04 John Reuter I remember in the mid sevanties my dad would take me to the Syracuse qualifiers at EWS and the Square,or occasionally to Nazereth or   Bridgeport.  When I first scene "Wily Will"at a Syracuse qulifier at EWS,He was kind of scarylooking cause of that black mask He wore and his reputation.A few years ago I met him and found Him to be a hell of a nice Man. He evan gave Me his card when I told I would be in the Tampa area later that year and to call if I wanted to take in a race.
01/19/04 3-Wide I introduced myself to Will at the Outlaw show this year (2003) and you're right.  We got talking about the night he drove Stan Ploski's Sportsman car during the 60's on what may have been the night that Stan got married.   I can't remember it word for word, but I kind of got the idea that the crew might have been surprised that he was willing to drive the car (Sportsman), but he looked at it as a win is a win and that it paid $300!

I mentioned that he looked like he could hop in a car that night and get the job done and son of a gun if he wasn't out there in one of the Statewide #2's a few weeks later running laps in the 20.00 range!  A few more laps and he'd probably qualify the thing...
