01/16/03 Bill Hanna It is definately Flemington. It could be early 70's, but I believe it could be 1973, which is Chamberlain's first year at Flemington. That's Hamilton in one of his "Mud Ducks"
05/13/03 Steve Fegley Cant be 73, Bullock sold the lil red wagon to Will Cagle at end of 72 , and built a new car whtch I believe in the 73 opener was the first Pinto bodied racecar to run at Reading.  I believe that is 1970 - doesn't have the gold stripe yet which I believe it had in 71 an 72.
12/31/04 Mark Bullock My dad's car at Flemington in 1973. This was the Penn National car we ran at Flemington in 1973. In 1974, we ran the Pinto and later the Falcon. This is the second coupe Gus and Gerald built for dad. The first coupe was sold to Will Cagle at the end of the 1972 season.Regards,
Mark Bullock
12/31/04 3-Wide Thanks for the info Mark.  I never thought it through, but this coupe does look longer than the little red coupe that is featured elsewhere in the Vault.  Any idea what happened to this one?
10/18/06 Frank Degnan Hard to argue with Mark. So maybe it's not Stan in the #707 because I don't remember Ploski driving the #707 outside of 1970 and 1971; Ibelieve he had moved on to the Brenn #24 by the beginning of 1972. Did this #707 coupe survive after Ploski into 1973?
10/19/06 3-Wide I don't know if this is the car or not, but George Turner (Jr.) told me that one of the Deasey coupes became the little blue #28 that George Turner drove as a sportsman at East Windsor back in the early to mid 70's.  The car had a painted black "vinyl" roof.
