| Comments: | The beginning of a super team... Here's Stan Ploski behind the wheel of the Ken Brenn Sr. owned Olsen Built Coupe. Stan has said on more than one occasion that he really liked this car and that it would go anywhere he put it. I'm pretty sure that the following year, this car would become the first car for then sportsman rookie driver Ken Brenn Jr. Kenny would win the 1972 Rookie Championship at Flemington, and the car would then be sold to Billy Mitchell, who then won the 1973 Rookie Championship at Flemington with the same car, painted orange, with the number's reversed, #42 instead of #24. |
