02.14.12 George LeBlanc That car was built by Cromwell Auto Body in Long Island for George Wagner to drive at Islip in 1969. I don't know what the deal was with Gene Bergin in the car for the Langhorne race.
02.14.12 Jack Reinhard The car gene is driving was owned by Frank Conway from Long Island (He also owned the X-9 driven by George Tet among others).

Gene drove this car at Langhorne in I believe 1970. This car is a Chrysler body and it ended up being owned by Jerry Bartlett & driven by Lew Hennessey on LI and at Stafford. Interesting thing is that Frank was always an owner but when he built this car he drove it for a while at Islip and got going pretty good.
