I believe this is a Kozimor 37J car that had Dover Brake sponsorship and was driven by Sandy Rochelle.

Thanks for posting these old classic pictures. Any shot with the #73 in it, is a neat shot. Is that an orange sedan in there? Would that be the Thiel #14?   I know Cagle won the Eastern States in a Thiel car. Did he win it in an orange #14?  I never saw the car run, so I have no idea. Just saw b&w's.

Jack I thought it was a blue 17 Will won in, he wrecked his #24 in the heat race, it was the 1970 or '71 Eastern States 200.
