Comments: Bob Fisher in one of his "Fisher Engineering" creations.  The car always had the look of a Grant King car to me, and I'm thinking that wasn't by accident as I'm pretty sure that Bob was a big admirer of the King Built Modifieds and wanted to fabricate his own King-Like car.

I always thought his cars were as good or better than most, used to see them first at Naz., maybe even before the Kings?

10.11.13 Tom Gray I wonder if Bob could build one today....might be a market for them....much nicer than the billboard racers today.

A very nice job on making it look like a Grant King car, beautiful work. Just a guess to me but I'm thinking he had looked at the #73's when building this car considering they were the only 2 King cars to leave Grants shop in Indy with a single center left side radius rod. And I see that's what he has. There is a little story behind the single left side radius rod.

12.05.16 Lenny S There's the single radius rod that was identical to the 73 Grant King. This black and white photo isn't indicative to how beautiful this car actually was. It's beautiful yellow paint scheme was a piece of art and was a very competitive race car too.

Great looking King look a like. Bob did a beautiful job. And look, one single left side radius rod.

I have since learned that Mr. Brenn's first King car did leave Kings shop and race for a little while with just the one left side radius rod. So now I'm thinking Bob took a good look at the # 24 when building his car. Again,  Great job.
