| 05.16.14 | Brian C. Loutrel | This photo was taken in 1973, I believe on opening day because I bought a copy of it from Ace Lane Jr.'s photo stand the next week. That's Craig McCaughey's 301 behind the Brenn 24. 1973 was a great year at Flemington - great action, the arrival of the Reading regulars Kenny Brightbill, Gerald Chamberlain, Freddy Adam, Don Krietz, et al. And Stan The Man Ploski won the track championship that year. |
