Comments: Comment:  Frank Kelly drove the blue #31K, in the 70's and later, his son Joseph would drive a #34, and also a #31 on occasion.  Both drove modifieds and both drove on asphalt.  I think I remember Frank back in the 70's fielding a car at Trenton, and I'm pretty sure Joseph Kelly drove on the asphalt at Flemington after they paved it in 1990.
