Comments: | Comment: Great looking #39 of Nick Schlaugh, with the #7 of Tom Alfrey and the #K46 of Kerry Schloder, along with the "water tower"... in the pits at Flemington. I think this car was built by Nick (?) and if I recall, he liked the looks of the Grant King built modifieds of the day and built this car with the same look. The #39 is out of respect for Nick's favorite car/driver from back in the day - Al Tasnady driving the Piscopo #39. |

untrained eye, at a quick glance, both the #713 and the #39 looked like King
