Comments: Comment:  Racer, Car Builder, and from what I'm told, a guy that liked to go fishin'!....  Whip was a favorite of many of us "young" racefans...  and here's a great photo of him next to the Ferraiuolo & Sons #73.  Note the car has no right front tire as the picture must have been taken while the car was being worked on.

AF IV

Very early in 1969 picture of our first car “The Hawk” and actually the fourth person to drive it. A few things jump out that we did early on. Fine screens on the injector stacks, little balls stuck in the headers with a small chain connecting them. Also the round front bumper. We soon went to a square one. Not surprised the RF is off. Whip was a tweeker.
