01/27/04 Rich Scott I know many wont believe you could get a car that sideways at Syracuse but thats turn 2. They used to have those green tarps over the guardrails to keep the dirt off the buildings right outside the track.
01/27/04 3-Wide Oh well, I guess I have to give credit to Motorhead Mike who told me the same thing the other day when I showed him the original picture posted above, but I really didn't think that it could be Syracuse because of how sideways!
01/27/04 Kevin Budden.. The only thing that would make this photo perfect is if it were taken at my
home track East Windsor Speedway wear this car was so dominant. Thank you Ace, you made my day!
01/30/04 John Reuter One of the things that  strikes me about this picture is that Balough given his pavement background down south usually drove straight into turns, which is why he was so good at hard tracks like Mddletown and Nazereth.
02/06/04 Phil Betza I think the owner was Richard Edge of North Jersey. The purple 9 always spotless and had great motors.  I think from Bolanders, gasoline alley Paterson, N.J.
10/07/05 Bob Verhasselt The owners of the car were Rich Egge of Franklin Lakes NJ and Paul Hildebrandt of Allendale NJ . Jimmy Shaw and John Bolander of J+J in Paterson did build the engines.
