Comments: Many will remember Wyatt driving the #07 orange sedan that I think was later sold to Ricky Allen.  I seem to remember this #3A also appearing with a blue and silver paint job being driven by Smokey Peters.  Acording to Clint Bush who supplied the photo, this car was owned by Bob Van Syckle.

02/11/05 Mark Burd cool picture of the 3A modified that Bob Van Syckle owned! This car was kept in Washington, NJ for a while right next to my grade school.   I remember walking home and looking at the back of the car because it was in a single bay garage and that car looked pretty cool from the back!!!!!!!!! and side too
03/04/05 Kevin Mc K46 in the background driven by Kerry Schloeder (sp?) Ran EWS for a while but dont think he ever won there.
03/04/05 3-Wide ... and then there's Chamberlain in the #76, and maybe Red Coffin in the Stars and Stripes #twenty-two....  and that's what it was like at Flemington.   As soon as the action stopped on the track, you only had to look as far as the infield to be entertained...  you'd see driver's talking to each other, who was putting there helmet on getting ready for the next heat...  How many times I remember saying to my dad, "It looks like so in so is in the next heat" as you'd see him getting in the car while their was still another race on the speedway.

Just about then you'd see the flash of the welder and your attention would turn toward a team of guys frantically working on their twisted racecar trying their best to get it ready for the consi....

I miss the pits being on the inside of the track.... it was a show in itself.

03/06/05 Kevin Mc Yes , but these days all you would see is acres of white aluminum in the infield. enclosed haulers are convenient, but they take some of the fun out of watching the game.
03/06/05 3-Wide Seems a lot of things have taken the fun out of watching the game...
