09/05/05 | Ron Blake | I'm a dyed in the wool Valley boy, and I was 2 when the 71' version of the Race of Kings was being run, but when I saw this picture, I remembered this car, could it have been "Jackie Wilson" before he took over the reigns of the coolest car ever, the black and gold # 16, not Jerry??? I was only a pup, but did this car invade LV in said era?? Did it beat the regulars?? I love the question marks that come up on this site that detail our beloved sport of Dirt track racing. |
