Comments: Great looking coupe...  Don't remember if Wayne won many races in it, but with it's enclosed hood area and the way this car set, it remains a favorite of many some 20 years later

12/31/05 Kevin Budden... Joe thanks for posting this awesome photo of the 3R coupe! I think it maybe 1973. Man how I loved this Mod. It's one of my top 5 all time favorites. If I close my eyes I can still see the 3R and the Balough #9 at EWS through the turns side by side with both ther pony tire's in the air. For a twelve year old it did'nt get much better than that! Happy New Year and thanks again!! Kevin Budden...
12/31/05 3-Wide Thanks to Ace for taking such a great shot!  I left it large format because it kind of pulls you into it if you stare at it... Check out the left front -
12/31/05 Bob Hoffman I remember Wayne wining a feature when lap after lap smoke was pouring off of his right rear tire because the body was leaning on the tire in the turns. Every one was sure it would not last another lap. When Wayne came in the pits every one took a look at that tire and could not believe how much tread was left on that RaceMaster tire!
01/01/06 Tom Berry This is one of Paul Blair's immaculate # 3's. He also had a red and white #3 sedan that Wayne ran.
01/01/06 3-Wide Thanks to Kevin Budden, I'll be posting a picture of the sedan that Tom references above in the very near future....  Thanks Kevin
09/30/06 Mike McNamara O.K. I give up... Who can tell me what the 2 VISE-GRIPS are doing just inside of the top of the front coil-overs? Are they holding up the chicken wire in front of the rad.? Or... did the Reuti's have some more trick stuff way back when?
