That's probably Keith Kocher, small block at Nazareth.

This is Keith Kocher of Walnutport, PA in Mike Eckhart’s #142 at Nazareth in 1987.  This car was a small block that mostly ran at Nazareth (Nazareth tried running small blocks first on Saturdays, then later on Fridays during that season), but I believe it ran at least once up at Orange County.  They had several top 5/top 10 finishes, even against the big blocks on Sunday nights, but no feature wins.  I don’t think he ever won a feature on dirt, but he did win several pavement small block mod features at Mahoning Valley and Evergreen in the late 80s into the mid 90s.

01.29.18 Danny the dude. Keith Kocker ,Saracinos bought that car from him in the eightys, And Freddy Loesch drove it at FLEMINGTON,  It Later became, the car that Donny Krum drove for Tony and Dee Saracino at East Windsor. Then Mickey Kessler bought it from them. Mystery Solved.
06.01.20 Marc Horger I drove that car for two of the three 20 lap features on the last night of points keeping at EWS, the always awful "Triple Twenties", I believe this was in 1988.

Tony Saracino owned it at the time, he let me drive it because my car broke in the first feature and I was second or third in points afterwards. I did manage to hold on to 3rd  for the year.

Tony was a very nice man. He did not complain when I banged his car up a good bit that night.

They failed the infamous EWS decimal reading one nite and were set down.  The next week they painted "We're Too Loud" on the car, and were allowed to compete after passing the required sound test.
