12/03/05 Rob Sweeten This picture was taken in our front yard in Mickleton NJ, about 5 min from Bridgeport. It was set up for and used as the first color front page of Area Auto Racing News.
Thanks for your site.

08/05/06 Bruce Thomas Wish I'd have kept that issue, but it got lost in the shuffle along the way. Glad I have this pic though carefully packed away with the rest of my treasured pics.   Note how dark it looks in the cocpit of the car, holding this picture up to a light will reveal alot more detail inside, which I thought was pertty cool.

Was Bob your father?  I remember Mrs. Sweeten at the photo booth back then, what a nice ladie too.  Did she have a daughter named Dawn? If I so tell her Bruce said hello, and thanks for the pics.

Thanks, Bruce Thomas
12/21/06 Tammy Yes Bruce, Rob is my Dad's son. I was reminiscing through old pictures my Dad took when I came across this one. Wow my Dad was a talented photographer when picture taking was more of an art and required skill.  I wish we had more of his old pictures. I can not believe that I would ever miss the hours in the basement developing B&W pictures after every race, but I do.

Yes, my Mom is a wonderful person. We had fun in the photo mobile.
Are you Bruce from Bridgeport ~40 years old.

Thanks for remembering my Dad,
Tammy (Bob's daughter)
11/26/07 Bruce Yes that would be me! And im getting to be a part of the (over the hill gang) at 41 years now, lol Tammy ! how could i forget, as much as i was down at the picture booth, i can still remember you and your mother from those days. Your father too, god rest his soul. He was a good man, and im very proud to have quite a few of his photo's and as you can see, i wanted to share them here at the vault. Thank you for your reply, and im glad that you remembered me also :) Take care, Bruce~
