| 03/11/07 | JM | I remember in the early 80's Scott running what was the last of the coupes at Flemington. He ran well and it was a sharp looking car. I saw it's demise when it rolled down the front stretch at Flemington and bounced as high as harry Dee's starters platform. It was sad to see it ruined but it was glad Scott escaped from a horrible series of flips without injury.. |

Scottie came back a couple weeks later in a sprint car & did the same thing. |
| 04.01.16 | 3Wide | I am being told that Scottie broke both wrists in the crash mentioned above, but that that the crash was occurred in 1981, and that Scottie did not race any more that year. A am also told that the sprint car flip was in '83. |
