Comments: I can't tell you much about David after they paved over that marvelous Speedway, but I do remember him getting around real good in the sportsman division in the late 80's.  I think he might have been from the Oldwick area which would make sense, because I think Darren McCaughey ran a black #57 at one point also.

01/13/04 Todd Lewis This is a car that Dave Graham owned, I believe this was the last 200 and that would mean that Sammy Beavers is in the cockpit of this particular 57.  John Mc  can correct me if I am wrong but I think Darren McCaughey drove a # 57 for Dave Graham.
08/23/04 George Yawger I think Fritz Epright drove for Dave when the track was still dirt, and it was only once or twice. Darren drove the smallblock   (#57too) at East Winsdor, Flemington, Middletown, US 13.
10/23/04 John Mc The guy above the official in the photo wearing the red shirt w/ white & black stripes(and the really cool mullet) is Darren, and to the right in the shot in the same shirt is Shawn. Sure was a pretty car, wasn't it?

This was Dave at Flem the 1st year it was paved. He ran 1 more season, and after replacing 2 front clips in 2 weeks, decided his fun bucket was full. Sam ran Dave's car in the 200 when it was dirt.Fritz drove for Dave at Flem(SBM shows), B'port, Rolling Wheels, Fulton, and Syracuse. He won a bunch of small block shows, one being a race where Fritz won, Newt Hartman in the other 57 was 2nd, and Ned Wagner(who works for Dave) was 3rd. It was an all-Oldwick sweep! And yes, Darren started out driving Dave's car while he was maintaining everything for him.
