Comments:	Here's Billy at East Windsor in 1976 with the Gremlin bodied car.... It looks like Billy was still running a small block so we're pretty sure that this photo is from Sportsman action.

09.07.11	Don Riggs	Joe, A few comments, I believe Billy always ran Chevy powered cars, as did most. I can't tell for sure but the header spacing looks equal, that would mean one of two things, a. It's a big block Chevy, or b. It's a Ford. The two center pipes on Chevy are right together. Glad Site is jamming again.
09.07.11	3-Wide	Since this was Billy's second year, I'm wondering if he ever had a big block in it? Either that, or its an optical illusion and the center pipes are really closer than they look... I'll see if I have another Wayne Bechtel shot taken of the car on the same day and we can compare....
