Comments: Master Mechanic and Master Machinist Tom Skinner (#659) receives an award as his driver Parker Bohn is all smiles...  Looks like Tommie Elliott and Charlie Kremer also standing trackside.  (Not sure who the young lady is next to Tom or others in the image... maybe you guys can help identify them - Thanks.)
