Comments: Some people head to Florida for a tan.  Some head to Florida to win!  Here's a great   picture of Billy getting ready to get the job done once again.  (You wonder just how many times he's done this...  3 or 4 times per night (warm-ups, heat races, feature(s), times all the nights he has raced beginning somewhere back around 1977.  For example, if Billy raced 2 times per week, 7 months out of the year, this would be roughly 1500 times he has climbed into a racecar and fired it up.  I'm thinking with the Outlaw stint, that number is probably much lower than the reality.)

(I can't speak for anybody else's lifetime, but as for mine, simply put, Billy is the best I've ever seen.)

12/21/03 Paul Garzillo Since he started in the Flemington rookie division in 1975 with that blue/white mustang, and now 600+ wins later, I would have to say this guy was/is the best I ever saw behind the wheel.The 'Kid' was born to dirt track...thanks Billy!
01/14/05 BOBBY FIORELLO I REMEMBER BEING IN THE PITS AT EWS, WHEN BILLY SHOWED UP IN HIS 15, I WAS WORKING ON THE K3,,EVERYONE WONDERED WHO THIS KID WAS AND WHERE DID HE COME FROM,BUT I KNEW ALL ABOUT HIS ABILITY BEHIND THE WHEEL..HE PROCEDED TO TAKE THE LEAD ONLY TO BREAK IN THE FEATURE,,JUST A LITTLE WAY OF SAYING..ILL BE BACK....THE REST IS HISTORY...THANX BILLY FOR PUTTING ON THE BEST RACING EVER...I THINK HE WAS 17.
