3rd from right - Buddy Shuman (Nascar annually give out the Buddy Shuman award)

I have a few more names for you. Looks like it should be 1948, but probably
not Langhorne.

Bottom row: ? (not Tim Flock), Ed Samples, ?, Alvin Hawkins-flagman, Bob
