Comments: | Well,
let's just say that it was impossible to go to the races and not notice Pee Wee. As
many great drivers did in the mid to late 60's, Pee Wee headed north from Florida and
quickly made an impression on the local dirt track scene. There are a million stories out there and Pee Wee is in about half of them. He made choices on and off the track that many do not approve of, but I challenge any of us to talk about the late 60's and early 70's at East Windsor without mentioning Pee Wee's name. |

07/03/06 | Barry | I remember Pee Wee at Nazareth as a kid. Always a thrill to watch him. Check out the plate on the hauller - looks like the expiration date is 68?. The picture is from the 70s. |
07/11/06 | 3-Wide | Actually, this time Pee Wee is probably in the right as there was no date info provided with the photo and the date above was carried over with the template to this page. Thanks for the detective work as this picture is probably from 1967 or 68. Perhaps some of the other fellows who were around at that time can help out. |
09/04/06 | Kevin Mc | He always had a Crane Cams decal very prominently shown on the side of his racers. Did he have some deal with them? |
06.10.09 | Tina Potts | I remember pee wee driving his red 72 from the track to his house i was great friends with him and his wife - may she rest in peace |
