Second Rookie Feature win of the season for Dave Damiano

The crew from night sponsor "Joy Auto Parts... and somewhere behind them is John McClelland in his #44, prior to heat race action.

Joy Auto Part's Joe Luzi (center) and Garrett Luzi (right) stop by Mike Barone's pit.

Young Modified racer Johnny Guarino's is a crowd favorite... on and off the track!

Billy Pauch and Frank Cozze Sr. keep an eye on track maintenance prior to the start of the 1st Modified Feature

With twin 20's on the card, qualifying for the mod feature was completed early, giving crews a chance to prepare for the feature... in daylight.

Brad Freeman didn't flinch when the other guys showed a wheel... Finishing a strong second in his heat, followed up with a top 5 in the 1st 20 lapper.

Looks like a team meeting over at the "Osbornes"...  Ryan would go on to a strong top 10 run in the feature.

Will Dupree in deep thought with his Carl Bettinger Built #2D Sportsman

The call goes out for the the first Modified Feature to line up...

Rick Laubach heeds the call...

Dom Buffalino suits up, and straps in.

Crew member helps Modified driver Tommy Carberry back up from his pits stall...  These things don't have mirrors!

Looks like Pop's is doing all the work once again in the Simmons's pit!

...one reason why Rocco and D.J. are always running up front is because when their not turning the wheel, they're turning wrenches...

With the track always changing... there's always an adjustment to be made.  Driver D.J. Ruppert's under the back there somewhere adjusting for the feature...

Sportsman driver Alan Bleacher waits for the call for the sportsman feature to line up.

Here's modified driver Chris Grbac (left), modified car owner  Wayne Carberry (right) and engine builder John Burnett (center)

Gary Klimeczak has had a tough season so far in the Outlaw Stock division... Don't expect that to last for much longer!

First time out for Jason Kosch in the #47 Camaro

Speaking of Camaro's, Brian Ludwig had his strongest run of the year after finding a few improvements during the off week.

Here's Herb Stout in his Z28 Camaro - It's a real Z, complete with front fender louvers and stock rear deck spoiler.

Good crowd on hand as everybody finds a seat prior to the start of the first modified feature.

BIlly Pauch in Victory Lane?  (Well, not exactly, but after winning the first 20 lapper, Billy heads from tech, back over to his pit to get ready for the second feature event.)

P.J. Oliver and crew celebrate another trip to Victory Lane after winning the Outlaw Stock Feature.

Mom, Dad and P.J.

...They're back...

Engine builder Gary Bouc shakes hands with Sportsman Feature event winner Tim Apgar.

There's never been a cleaner car in Victory Lane at New Egypt... The #98 looked like it just raced on asphalt!

Congratulations Tim Apgar on your first feature win at New Egypt Speedway.

The crew from Joy Auto Parts join Tim in victory lane.

...and in the 2nd Modified Feature, a new face pulled into Victory Lane....

It was the "Untouchable" David Van Horn in the #71 earning his first victory at New Egypt... He was..., "Untouchable."

David's always been strong on his visits to New Egypt and it didn't take him long to find victory lane, once he decided to make it his Saturday Night home...

Here's David with the whole Van Horn Crew!

...and here's one of David and his proud Grandmother.
