The last race of the year became a "Run Whatcha Brung" event for the Sportsman


"Something old, something new. Something borrowed, something blue".. (not sure about the 1/4 panel, but the sail panel is from Gary Butler's #00 modified


...part racecar, part sail boat!


One very good looking racecar.  I remember this one from the Motorsports Show in AC a few years back.

Good to see Harris Cohen back at the track...  Two weeks ago, Harris left in a helicopter after a hard hit in turn 2 during the TSRS Series Sprint event.


Sportsman driver Dave Hunt made a special visit to the 4th turn victory lane area for a group "birthday photo" for the kids above.


While there, other friends of Dave offered their congratulations as well.


Dave finished the season strong, winning the last 2 Sportsman events held this year (even though technically this event was a Run Whatcha Brung show...)


The stars were shining for Dave as his crew member guides him out of victory lane.


2/3rds of Danny!  Looking good Dan... next thing you know you'll be doing Subway commercials with Jared...


Lee Allen brought the good running #R2 home first in the exhibition vintage event.


Taking home the $1500 to win Friends of Mike Crate Feature is Peach Bottom, PA's happiest race driver, Kyle Borrer!  Great last lap pass Kyle - great race!


Runner up Rocco Infante recaps the feature with winner Dave Hunt....  Dave led... Rocco got him...  and Dave went back around... Another fantastic Sportsman feature.


With the racecars all parked, kids were invited into the pits do do a little trick or treatin'...


...and the driver's were ready for them!  Here Kevin Vaclavicek  hooks up Batman with some sweets...


...more goodies given out...


...even Jimmy Johnson flew in from Taladega to get in on the candy grab!


...and best of all, by the end of the night, Big Ron's seal was back where he belonged!
