Let's take a walk...

Will and Barbara Cagle share a few stories with Russ Dodge

Hello Ralph!  (Racing historian and Bridgeport photographer Ralph Richards)

Between the trees...

Two beauties.

Old Iron.

Count'em... 12.

Last tow.

Carmen & Davis, side by side...

..rows and rows... and rows.

"Let's go for a jaunt in the country...."

"Dem Duke boys are in a heap'a trouble now..."

This little guy can mean only one thing...

... a '73 Gremlin!...  Easy there modified fans.... (Put away your sawsall's!)

Late 30's Chevy Coupe (37 or newer)

...and another...

Here's a Ford coupe...

...and a Ford sedan.

Flathead fun.

Sir Mix-A-Lot's favorite.

My favorite... (First street car I owned was a '71 Monte, but it didn't have a big block and a factory 4 speed like the one on the right...)

Black and Blue.

..How about a few from above?

You never know what you'll find up here...

Flying A... Sinclair... Phillips 66...or is it Mobil Gas way down on the right....  Plenty of places to fuel up your street rod!

Something for everyone...  Cars... Trucks..

From the early 1900's all the way up to the 70's... (and a few probably before and after too...)

..even an Off Shore Hydroplane...

Classic BIG TRUCKS too...

"Hey Chic..."  Chic Cossabone and crew were on hand with 2 of the Tuckahoe Turf cars

Rich and Dave check out my new vantage point from up in the boom...

Every where you look, there's more cars to check out...

... here's more South Jersey racers...

Car everywhere...

Kevin and Nan with the #126 not far away.

"Hey guys... How about a group photo?"

It worked... Will Cagle, Bob Rossel, Gil Hearne and Tighe Scott... What a day this is turning out to be...

Back on solid ground, time to check out the on site museum...

Lots of trophies and a neat collection of different intake strategies from back in the day...

Believe it or not, there's actually a completely functioning miniature V8 under the hood...

...and another one outside....  Unbelievable.

...just when you think you've seen it all, how about some high powered pumpkin fun???

With the show cars just yards away, we found the "less fortunate..."  Here's the "Bandit's" final resting place.

This old Chevy II would have made a nice street rod...

...Couldn't help but think about Glenn and the #R10...

Fast Back Mustang with a 57' Chevy watching over it.

Almost a full pull!

Tractor/Rail.... and yup, even and old helicopter in the background....

Bill Dare showed us how the Hit & Miss Engine "really" works... ("Really" cool!)

Hit & Miss Engine set up to grind corn, with a shaker screen to sort between fine and coarse... Reminded us of when this country grew because of its ingenuity...

Working locomotive...

...and a working sawmill... turning logs into beams the old fashioned way... right before our eyes...

Old style "Jersey Diner"

A few from inside...

I'm guessing "Dino" is from a promotional sign, but you just never know at Flemings!

Here's Leon Manchester....Cowboy... Racer... Track Builder..., just to name a few of his many accomplishments.

Tighe Scott, Will Cagle and Harry Fleming

I couldn't get these guys to stop laughing long enough to get the shot, so here's the best we could do...  Lots of good memories for all...

More stories... more great memories.

(Left to right) Len Zito, Leon Manchester, Harry Fleming, Gil Hearne, Will Cagle, Bob Rossell and Tighe Scott.

Ralph and Russ.

It's not autumn without Pumpkin Run.

The #659... with its GMC 6.

Ralph Brochard's #825

Pleasantville Speedway driver Howard Stern with his late 70's Camaro racer.

Custom Auto Body #XL-1

Jim Hendrickson driven #X3 Vega... It's an original...

Cool Cagle#24

Nobody took care of race driver's like Harry Fleming.... If they needed anything to get their car back on the track, Harry took care of it...

Thanks Harry for always being a great friend to short track racing.

Well... We hate to leave, but I guess its time to start heading out...

... but it was fun!

The #659 gets loaded up...

The Manchesters get ready to head out...

Time to find a place to be able to check out all the cars as they begin heading home...

Looks like a '58 Chevy to me, but I'll need a little help on the next 3 in line...

With the 3 guys in the background, this shot reminds me of an old ZZ Top album cover!

Monte Hall couldn't of stumped this guy.... He had everything on this bike.... EVERYTHING.

"MOVE'EM OUT"

Mums and Monte's.

Trick Truck.

...One for the Mopar crowd...

Serious Rat Roddin' here....

Wayne Weaver's taking Snoopy back to the dog house...

Ralph in his #026

Big Marty's #17...  Looks like it could still win Turkey Derby...

"Chopped and Slammed"... (Sounds like something you'd find on the menu at Denny's....)

Thanks Harry, Rick, Ralph and everyone who puts the Pumpkin Run together each year...   Nothing else to say except, it's the best.
See you next November!
