Comment: "Easy as 1.. 2... 3!" That's Bill Humphrey in one of the cars that he and Ray Liss built back in the day. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, he and Ray are still good friends. In fact, Ray recently restored an open wheel racer and when it came time to have it lettered, he had the letterer put "Billy Humphrey" for the driver's name.
