| Comments: | Comment: ...from the very early days of stock car racing. Lee McBride would go on to race well into the 70's with his familiar #11, the Tony K #11, and also the Al Whitehouse #90. Lee would also play a role with many of the younger driver's trying to make their way in the 70's from the Trenton area, including Al Michalchuk. I've also been told that Lee was an excellent welder. If anyone ever puts together a "Trenton Short Track Racing Hall of Fame", Lee would make it in on the first ballot. |
