Comments: Comment from Anthony:  Joe, these are two more of my own collection. I snapped these in January of 1976.  My father and Ken Brenn Sr. flew to Indy to check on the progress of the first two King cars built. I didn't have to be asked twice to join them.  I was packed in a flash! I was only 18-19 when all of this started happening so I wasn't privy to everything but I had my nose in everything I could.  As you can see, some teams never rest... not even in January.

The picture looking into the front of the car is the very first King car (24). The body is in early stages of being fitted.

The side view picture shows the second car to be built (#73).  As you can see its a bit behind the Brenn car.  (The first four cars to leave Kings shop were 24-73-24-73 in that order.)
