Comments: Gary Balough in victory lane in the Ferraiuolo #73 King car at Syracuse.  Don't know if it was the dust in his eyes... the fatigue of racing such a long event, or if it was the emotion of the moment, but Gary looks like he put his all into bringing the #73 home first.

The picture of Gary sitting in the car with burning eyes and dirty was right after pushing him on the scales after just winning the 1977 Schaefer 100 actually taking place in April of '78.
