Some will say that this was one of the best looking racecars of all time...  What's even more amazing is that there was at least 2 of these cars that were identical.  Mostly driven by Sammy Beaver, the Black Horse Racing Gremlins were also driven by Fritz Epright, Billy Pauch and Elvin Felty.

I do remember Elvin flipping one of these beautiful Gremlin's between turns 1 & 2 at Flemington, but I'm not sure if the car was a write-off or not.  We also remember Charlie Voorhees and Roger Laureno often showing up the following years with bits and pieces of whatever was left of the Norcia cars from the previous year.

Anyhow, put on your detective hats and let's find out what happened to the beautiful Norcia "Black Horse Racing Team" Gremlins.

11.09.09 Tom Berry I remember one of the gremlin's was campaigned by Roger Laureno as the #125 , then it was sold to Wayne Burkart of north Jersey and campaigned as the yellow #51 sportsman at Middletown.
11.10.09 ray 705 i don't know for sure, but i would bet they are in norcia,s barn. that's were we left the 81 osman coupe chassis, and there were others in there. going back to 76-78,
12.08.09 Greg Roman I remember Pat Norcia doing some racing in the mid 90's at East Windsor.
I remember hearing the car he ran was an old 81 with a new style body.
I'm not sure about it but the chassis definitely wasn't on of the chassis of the era (mid 90's).
