Joe Scheier ran one of the few Opel bodied mini stocks in the AMSA club and it was also one of the best appearing cars. joe was successful in this car until it became outdated in favor of the mid-engine cars. Joe bought the Danny Kasper #11 Falcon driven by Jay Aten if my memory is accurate. Joe reskinned the car with a Mustang body and Bill Nemec lettered it up as the 12 that Joe ran. The Opel would be sold and rebranded as the #78 but I do not recall the driver. |
