12.18.09 Kevin Mc Once again less is more when it comes to race car graphics.

Plain as vanilla graphics (or livery when Im on the F1 boards) but light years ahead of the current designs

He ran with URC for a while too didnt he?
12.21.09 Stew Brown Wow that's me its Stew
12.21.09 3Wide Thanks for checking in Stew - Now you know what we're gonna ask you...  What happened to this great looking #55?
12.21.09 Kevin Mc I don't know if Stew remembers this story but during the annual URC weekend in Canada one year, the first night @ Granby during a yellow the URC scorers told me on the radio to push Stew back one spot.

He must have disagreed with the decision cuz he told me I was #1 as he drove by (if you know what I mean)

The next morning at the hotel Stew came up to me and apologized for flipping me off the night before.

I've lost count of how many drivers gave me the one finger salute over years.  But only one driver ever came up to me later and apologized for it - Stew Brown

Remember that Stew?

Doesnt matter if you don't, cuz.  I do and it said a lot about the kind of guy you are.
12.22.09  Dave Daniels This picture is from Bridgeport Speedway.  I bought this car in 1993 from Stew and then sold it to a guy in western Pa in 1994.  I was in the process of rebuilding it for myself to race but I wanted to get into Late Model racing at Flemington, so I sold it to a guy in Western Pa to finance my Late Model.

Both cars, my Mike Nardine and Stew Brown owned cars went that way.  Stew drove for Romeo from Swedesboro, NJ, Tony Mitkowski, and Vince Gangemi, as well as his own sprinter in URC.  He's a hell of alot of fun to race with!
12.23.09 Dave Brown I'll pass word of the stories and questions here onto my dad. He was tickled pink when he found out a picture of him was posted on here. He's a little slow on the computer but he's learning.
