| Comments: | Comment: In the 70's there was a #31K blue sedan driven by Frank Kelly. In the 80's, both Frank and son Joe drove (car #'s 31 and also 34.) The cars were fielded by "Frank Kelly Builders" which I think was in the Bucks County PA area. Beautiful cars... not just on dirt, but on asphalt too> |
