He scored wins in the dirt first in Late Model action, and then in stock cars... and then went on to be a winner on the asphalt as well. Once stepping away from driving, Phil became one of today's top crew chiefs. Phil's accomplishments in racing have not gone unnoticed as he was inducted into the Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club (GSVSSC) in 2024. Well deserved Phil! |
