| 11/05/06 | Palmco | Rob Horner and his older brother Rick Horner are crew members on the # 7 of Gene Stravinsky. The brothers grew up in Allentown New Jersey. Rick Horner was the crew chief and engine builder of the 1983 Flemington Speedway Rookie Champion # 3 of Fred Loesch. |
